Welcome to our 2025 Heritage Handmade Garden Collections Catalogue. With our first year as a new company behind us we continue to enjoy developing and refining the Heritage Handmade Garden Collections (HHGC) brand. Instagram and the occasional email are the way we communicate throughout the year, however, it is our annual catalogue that we see as the best way to present our extensive garden collections to our most loyal clients. In HHGC we employ a wide variety of materials to recreate the very best of classic garden design, utilising traditional craftsmanship to handmake each item individually to your order. We now have over two hundred products within our six collections and, together with bespoke commissions and our inventory of fine garden antiques from our sister company Architectural Heritage Ltd, we endeavour to accommodate all your garden planter, water feature and ornament requirements, for projects both large and small. We are also proud to continue our long-term partnership with the National Trust as we raise, through sales of the Sissinghurst Castle Garden Copper Planter and Mount Stewart Dodo, a significant sum to assist Europe’s biggest conservation charity to care for fine historic properties and iconic landscapes for us all to enjoy. I wish as always to thank you for your kind interest and support as we strive to offer the very best quality garden planters, fountains and ornamentation available, with a service to match.

Welcome to our 2023 Handmade Garden Collections Catalogue. As I write on the shortest day of the year, I look out upon apple trees that need pruning, a veg patch that needs attention and a long list of to-dos... but somehow the promise, when time allows, of a day in the garden lifts both body and soul. As we dream of the lighter, warmer days to come, our attention is held by the structure of the garden, be it formal or wild; these bare bones give sight to areas where planters, water features and ornament will sit, and draw focus as desired before the mad busyness of spring and the abundance of growth that it brings.

The last year, for us all, has passed like no other. We at Architectural Heritage count ourselves fortunate to have been kept busy in a frenetic blur of sales, shows and deliveries to clients, old and new – we thank you all. It is then with some surprise that I find myself writing this forward to our 2022 catalogue and, even with the restrictions of the pandemic, we have looked again to innovate and advance the collections herewith. Continuing with the theme borne out of my wish to consolidate and communicate our six Handmade Garden Collections, predominately defined by material, we have added a square table, seating four, to the Forged Iron Garden Dining & Furniture Collection.

Welcome to our 2021 Handmade Garden Collections Catalogue. We enter this new year with optimism and hope after the re- cent announcement of an effective vaccine for Covid-19. With the year that has passed associated forever with lockdowns and life-changing events, it has been our garden that has offered sanc- tuary, a respite from the outside world; be it growing vegetables, tending plants (weeding!) or simply a place to be, to rest and recuperate... many of us have rediscovered or simply had more time to enjoy the spaces, large and small, outside our back door.

Welcome to our 2020 Garden Catalogue and thank you for your kind interest in all that we do here at Architectural Heritage. The company is now in its 45th year of trading; evolving from our roots in the reclamation of panelled rooms, bar interiors and chemist shops, a small seed in the form of antique garden ornament grew and this has become a pillar of our business today. To complement this inventory of the finest examples of period garden ornament, our quest to reproduce faithful copies of the antiques began.

It is with some degree of pride that we present here our 2018 Garden Catalogue. Every year we look to develop new items to enhance the collection under the broad umbrella of Classic Modern design. I interpret this as being timeless design manufactured to the highest quality to fit within both traditional and contemporary garden schemes. All the products featured in this catalogue are, to a varying degree, inspired by the past and similarly fabricated in a traditional way, in the best and most appropriate materials by highly skilled craftsmen. Our quest is to preserve the legacy of the Cotswold Arts & Crafts tradition and to forge our own ethos.

I clearly remember some 40 years ago the kitchen table debate on the name that would best suit the new family venture. With ‘Architectural Heritage’ now well into its second generation, my brother Adam and I are proud to present this new catalogue of classic garden ornament built on the solid legacy of our parents Suzy and Adrian Puddy and founding partners Tania and Stephen Hitchins. Inspired by the classic designs of the past and fabricated in traditional materials by craftsmen who care, we here present our carefully curated garden ornament collection, developed in and around our workshops at Taddington.
